Just curious cuz when i go underground theres a door behind that says you need a source of power and im curious if anybody knows how to open that door

Soooooo when you place a turbine there you must also place another turbine in the vault inside the bank thus opening the pack-a-punch room where you must build it.

You can't open that door. If you put a Turbine down by it, it will open up the door to the Pack a punch.
