Well, in the video.. you shot a guy. No grenade. So you do deserve it..

in the video i shot the guy for being gobby so in that instance yes i do deserve it but that was the only time other times its been an accident

Either:

1. Don't have any more 'accidents'
2. Stop playing hardcore.

there is no need to be chucking 40 gernades into a hq or spraying and praying, dont do stupid stuff you wont get punished

how is it stupid its way of the game ofcourse if there is 4 people in the hq im gonner frag it so our team can capture it

sometimes it cant be helped its part of the game i want to get frag kills not teamkills

treyarch are allowing you to teamkill so accidents will happen on the game, if they didnt want teamkilling they would have put ricochet inplace

im stating my opinion about the probation system i got kicked from the game for teamkilling not dashboarding. the probation states i left the game too early. i wouldnt have got probation if they let you teamkill

does anyone agree with me that it is stupid to have this in place?
