that's what it said when i entered 2 mountain dew codes. i used facebook to sign in and it didn't work. so i made an account and it still didn't work? i have never used these codes, what could be wrong? i don't see anything in the rules that could make it not work.

Where do you currently reside? If its not Us or Canada thats why. If Canada, use dewxpcanada.ca . If that is not the case, just wait. It happened to me before halo 4
