just to start of i think you are 100% right . there are loads of things in life that you need to learn but this one i think is the most important , if you have a reay good friend , keep them close . never take advantage of anyone its just not worth i. for whatever selfish reason it really isnt worth it i really agree with you:)

oh and im 15

Wow. You just summed up exactly the way I am feeling right now. Everything you said was pretty much spot on. I don't know why finding people who you can truly trust is so hard, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

I suppose you could use that as a comparison,
Life is just a giant haystack, and every single needle you're able to find is almost like a treasure.
Whether it be an achievement you've earned in life, a milestone, or a friend.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I've gone through this situation many times, with one friend in particular. We play hockey together, you'd swear we're best friends. But around other kids, he acts as if I'm a worthless piece of trash. It's a terrible thing to go through, but you just have to realize that it's just the way society is. Nothing you can do to change it. The quicker you find out who you can trust, the better.
