The i7 has Hyperthreading which you'll never use, get an i5. Your budget will determine which one.

RAM should be G.Skill Value or Samsung 30nm.

The 7770 is a great card, but it's not going to do BF3 on ultra at 1080p at 60 FPS. Nowhere near.

P67 board with Z77 out, would not. MSI Z77A-G43.

Complete trash power supply. Rosewill Hive units are consistently the best for the price.

The i7 has hypre threading which has already been explained you're not gonna use it.

The 7770 is a garbage GPU especially at 1 gig vram. Your atleast gonna wanna get a 7850 2GB. Right now for price to performance ratio a GTX 670 or a 7870 would be excellent choices if u can afford them.
