Spartan Ops.
How I rank up pretty quick is Spartan Ops, you get alot more XP then you get in War Games, you will usually only get around 2,000 - 2,900 XP for War Games, in Spartan Ops, I'm getting 4,500 - 5,900 XP per match.
I suggest playing the Spartan Op episodes "Sniper Alley" or "Core" which is the 2nd episode, and the 5th episode. I'll easily get atleast 4,500 XP per match, 5,900 is the most I've gotten today. Right now, I'm at SR 35, and I'm ranking up really fast, playing these missions over and over again.
If you are doing this, how is it going for you? :p

Difficulty does not matter. Do it online, with double XP i get about 12k every time haha. Yeahhh it is safe to say i hit the XP cap limit a while ago.

You find a game on Heroic, play with others and don't play alone..
You shouldn't tell everyone about this because 343 may want to reduce credit intake but if you want to share that's fine.....
I'm level 43 From this and I get 10k XP a match because of double XP and i hit the cap in about 7 or 10 games.

That is true, but comeon, I don't think 343 would want all that hate mail they would get if they reduced it.
