you can proxy a US ip and download it that way

So even though you are deleting the app do the hill captures stack in order for you to get the Lotus Helmet? I've gotten loads of double xp and even a premium them for Xbox. Im just wondering if i need to stay on one account or if the hill captures stack. Thanks!
