She's not. If you think about it. She put herself in the defense system or whatever that was protection that one funny looking guy. She's in that system or the halo or whatever. She's not gone. They'll definitely bring her back.

True, also if you notice in the ending seen when they visit the city and the mounds of dust/ash are there and that one marine scans them, blue particles are rising out of it. I think Cortana has something to do with the Didact right now

Cortana pretty much leads chief where he needs to be. In Halo 3 he has the Arbiter to help him while hes trying to find Cortana.

I kind of want Arbiter to come back. Arbiter was a boss. It made me really love the story in Halo 3. I wouldnt mind cortana coming back or not. I think that (hopefully, not to sure) that in Halo 5, arbiter coems back with Master chief to find and retrieve cortana from that whatever she went to. Campaign would be amazing.

I could see that happening. I'm sure they will bring Cortana back in one way or another as well.
