1.Will it remove it from my friends account
2.Do i need to sign into my friends account every time i want to go on it?

1.) No it won't remove your friends account.
2.) No. License Transferring transfers the license to the all purchased content. So, License Transfer then redownload whatever content you'd like.

But I suggest not don't doing this. It's Marketplace Theft.

Not a good idea honestly, just sign into the other profile download it to your hard drive and open it with there account and then sign out and sign on yours.
