The Different Defcons Represent If there is any Service Interruptions In Any Region so Each one is a different status code. (I Believe)

I thought they reset the leaderboards last year? Not the levels or anything, like that, but gametype leaderboards? I could be completely wrong though. I never play the multiplayer early, only the campaigns.
