I have came across someone on craigslist who has listed the following:
Upon contacting the person, they say that the game is ready to be shipped first thing tomorrow, which i think seems very unlikely.
I then asked if they could provide photographic proof, of the case for example with a piece of paper with my name on it.
The reply i recieved was:

You get your trading licence revoked for selling the game early not photographing the product. There might be some truth to what he is saying, im not entirly sure.
Can you pm me the link and i'll help you more as I also would like a early copy of the game.

Seems like a scam since they say they have got 350 Copys of it when gamestop/eb games dose't even get that many

I just sent him this message: Hey mate, I saw your ad on craigslist and would like to buy a copy of black ops 2. My friend asked for pictures earlier and you said: 'I can't do that for licensing reasons, if somebody reported me I could have my trading license revoked.' But you can loose you trading licence by advertising and selling early anyway, pictures wont do anything.
So heres how it should go, you take a picture of the black ops 2 case *Sealed clearly, front and back with mrsuperkaylo @ ymail.com written on paper besides it and in return I will purchase it via mail. sound good ?
Pic proof is going to be the only way you will sell these copies before the official release, and how much excatly would you charge to Dublin, Ireland with express mail.
