Please correct me if this is in the wrong section

But i'm having problems with my HDPVR2 about the delay on the PC its about 5 seconds and then when I stream on twitch its about another 5 seconds on top of that, and then when I commentate it takes about 7 seconds to register but my voice comes earlier than my video. Does anyone know how to fix the delay on the PC from the HDPVR2?

It always does it. Its normal just let it happen i dont know if you can fix it but it happens to me and my friends

this is i've seen other use it and it only had 1 sec delay
