i need help understanding this, i use pex and essentials and such and i have the permissions set up right but when i do /help no one can access it not even me when i have all commands, but when i do /? people can access it why is that and how can i fix that??????

Get The plugin called GroupManager.
This allows players to have certain permissions for commands and plugins.
once you have the plugin, in the game type this:
/mangaddp default essentials.help
This should give the group default the permission to use the command: /help.
