Game design director David Vonderhaar told the Activision blog One of Swords that, in League Play, players will be placed in a division based on how well they do in several test matches. The divisions will be made up of a few hundred or maybe a thousand other players and as you compete you will work their way up (or perhaps down) the ladder.

I think it will be based on your SPM or something like that
The better you do, the higher you will go 'up the ladder', so it must adjust every days or few days

It might be so that you never know when the several test matches are. Like maybe the first match you play will be normal then three matches later it is on of these.

It wont work like that. Everyone will start off with a league number of say 100. You lose 4 games in a row it drops by 4 points for example and you get put into the worst bracket of players. You beat them 5x and your rank goes up to 101 and you're back where you started.
League mode wont be manipulated because treyarch arent stupid, they will make it so that you cant invite people once in the game. Dashboarding wont work in league mode because it will drop your rank if you disconnect. Only way to get to the top will be actually being good at the game or booting people offline (which is 100% going to happen since theres many sad people in the cod communiy)
