sorry to hear about that but when u mod ingame stats u can only get banned from that game i got banned from black ops zombies on my account and im still able to play xbox live also u had to have modded ur achievements ur avatar color something along those lines to get banned if not msg microsoft on the matter the may have made a mistake but make sure not to tell them about ur modding history.

you can get permanently banned for modding a specific game. one of my other accounts got a permanent xbox live ban for modding cod4.

Yea those are personal stats which is profile tampering which is a big nono for Xbox Live

Ive been modded since the first mod i got, (a week ago) and i havent been banned. Every character boosted to lvl 50 by a modded game. And have modded guns, therefor i doubt your banned, and what you claim you did is nowhere close to being "9999" years banned. -.-
