Ok so i know that i can use Power bot and by "Legal" i mean does Jagex aproove of it because last time i checked bots were NOT aloud.

I am wondering this because Power bot seems to be close to Jagex and actually talking to them and stuff.

No: all bots/ botting programs are strictly prohibited on runescape. Bots still and always will get you banned.

Annnnnd here's a guy who's never botted before and has no idea what he's talking about.

Bot's are against the rules, and will get you banned if you are stupid enough, or unlucky enough to be caught. I'm not aware of anyone here who has been caught, even on Powerbots forum you rarely see anyone say that they've been caught.

And where is any evidence that powerbot is 'close' or 'talking' to Jagex...

Yes it's illegal. All bots are illegal to use.

It's against their rules to bot or do any sort of modding/hacking. It's not ILLEGAL in actual laws but you can be banned. However, it is illegal if you sell the botted account on for profit.
