hi i have a banned account with 5000MSP on it but i cant recover the account coz its banned but i can spend the points on xbox.com help?

you cant even log onto the account to even start the downloads if u could start them from the xbox website so the answer is no.

Call up Microsoft support and see if you can get the points transferred to the account you're using now. 5000msp is a lot of money, And if they don't cooperate, Say something like they're stealing your hard earned money.

I had a friend who's done the same thing, But with a smaller amount.

They won't let you.... I have a perma banned account with 11300 ms points and they won't refund it... They say we'll you shoukdnt have violated our terms or use..... Or they transfer you to someone... So have fun

Or you could turn it into a court case if they don't do it...
Although that is not a lot of money, it's still not fun to lose any >_<
Nowhere in there terms of use does it say "You will not be re-funded of anything if you are banned from using our product"...
Therefore I would personally take it to court if they decide not to cooperate.

i got perma banned with around 3400 ms points and like 8 games on demand (3 of which were 60$ games the i had removed from my hard drive before i got banned an now i have to re buy those items to play them

he has no chance at all taking them to court as he broke the terms of service.
