ok i got a problem with my youtube profile picture you see when i wanted to update my profile picture i went to settings->overview->profile picture->change (below your current profile picture) and when i click on change and go to browse pictures from my computer i pick one and is perfect size and when i press "Save Changes" it does not work but the "cancel" and the X at the top right does and what happens when i click cancel is my profile picture is just a gray screen with just a little bit of the image at the top

so can someone plz tell me how to fix this

Might be you're browser, What do you use?
And are you sure you arent editing you're Google account instead of you're youtube?

i use shitty IE8

but i have mozilla firefox as well but its so so so laggy i can barley do anything on mozilla firefox so i stick to IE8
