They will say 12-15 days for the email of the compensation to come through.
However the e-mail to say that you've spoken to them etc will arrive within 24 Hours.

guys are you all stupid?
They can and will check whether you actually lost coins. So you won't get anything from this. Just a waste of everybody's time and hopefully an EA ban for anyone doing it

I have clearly stated that the coins are not what is being checked..
