GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHZ edition 2gb

Seagate Barricuda 1TB hard Drive

It seems like a good build although I don't know much about the motherboard but I got a ASrock Z77 extreme 4 recommended by r00t and it does the job perfectly, And it is around the same price.

If its possible try and get an SSD for your OS there's a noticeable difference in load times. Also im not to sure about Biostar i've never used them before.

Yes, a 650w PSU would be fine but a 750w PSU is giving you that extra space just because.

It has native 4 x 6+2 pins for C/F GPU + overclocking.
