So the tittle says it all, I just purchased this RGH and it makes the boot and eject sounds, cool runner chip red light is on, doesnt turn green. When I hit the power button, the fan doesnt even turn in... Included Pics of solders, chip and other stuff. Thanks and I hope SOMEONE can help me out

I've never seen someone solder like that. There's alot of things that could cause this. Check to see if any resistors or pads have been pulled up. Check the STBY_CLK which is the wire leading to the B on the coolrunner. I've had the same exact problem. You might want to send it to someone and have them clean up the soldering a little.

ya, your soldering is defiantly out of wack here. i can't imagine that even working. send it to someone who knows what they are doing
