My opinion: She got popular because she told a very relatible story. People feel for her as well because they are scared of their own children being cyberstalked. She was also bullied, which is becoming a very big thing as of late. I personally just know where she came from. She was looking for someone that cared for her, but she found it in the wrong places. No joke, Youth of the Nation by POD is a good song that compares to this situation. She was having family issue (at least that is what she said) which most likely hurt the situation even more. She said she was getting better, but I bet it was just her depression lighting up for a little bit. I know those days well. You don't just get better from that. You may feel it, but it will come back. She made mistakes, but it shouldn't have ended like that. She didn't deserve to die. She didn't deserve it thrown in her face. She knew she did wrong. It is just a very sad situation. I can't stand bullies. I get angry and passionate about any of those type of videos I see, because I know what they feel. It just hits close to home, you know?
