Not bad for a 14 year old.
However, I'm a critic of everything, I never hold back.
If your looking to mix dubstep and reggae (I call it drugstep) you want to incorporate both sounds and feels and make it mix together smoothly.
It seemed like you were trying to forcefully add dubstep into a reggae beat. Drugstep in my opinion is a difficult place to start producing. I feel these person did it flawlessly, check it out.

thank you for the constructive criticism and the feedback! it really means a lot. i haven't finished this track so there is deffinitly room for improvement!
the mixing and mastering isnt too good yet but thats because its my last step in making tracks.
