There is no definite release time but I would imagine any time between now and midnight

it is reported that the game would be released Afternoon PST time.So In The Uk, it should come out bewteen 8pm to 12am
I live in EST U.S. so i have between 3pm and 7pm
TheWarZ.com is taking alot of traffic at the moment, you can try the forums there but the servers are overloaded
