I do not take credit for doing this but I read that it the publisher was a Admin from Gearbox Software company plus it says the publisher when you click the link.

Yes it is. But easier to just exchange or get them dup from other people. Lol. But hey some people might want to try to get this legit, everyone has their own gameplay style.
