I would like some more information on the issue you're having. Here's what I've interpreted from what you've told me. So you said you typed in "cmd" and command prompt did not come up? For example... Older computers especially computers with Windows XP have an issue with command lines. If I were to type in "cmd" on my computer command prompt would open up with no problem. But for older computers it's different. If I were to type in "cmd" with Windows XP nothing would pop up besides an error message. You would have to use "Run" in order to open the program you are looking for faster Instead of going through the system tools and opening it up the slow way. As for the expired Norton, pm me I'll send you a code to renew it.

Now if this was not your issue I apologize. If you need or would like you're pc serviced I will be more then happy to help someone in need. Have a great day =)
