play the latest games

Core2 Quad Q6600 @ 3.6Ghz, Antec lanboy air case, Gigabyte X48 motherboard, 8gb DDR2 1066Mhz corsair XMS, 120gb agility 3 SSD, 160gb HD,, XFX 750w PSU, dvd writer,Thermaltake Bigwater 760 plus water cooling (modded)has a Geforce GTX 660ti 3gb, and a 32" 1080p LCD for 800

Hmm, you've got some seriously old hardware there. I'm going to say no, because I'm sure a Core 2 Quad will bottleneck a new 660 Ti like no other. A 160GB HDD is bound to be old and slow RPM-wise. That SSD is god awful for an SSD.

Don't buy that build. Build your own with new hardware, seriously.

oh forgot to put im putting my 1tb hdd in and ok ill buy a better sdd thanks and what do you mean bottleneck

The big problem is the CPU, and by extension the mobo and RAM, OP. You'll want to scrap this build and re-do it from the ground up. What's your budget?
