I just started playing Online Versus and it's a completely different game than offline..

Which playbooks are good?
Offensive and defensive.

I play as Detroit, Atlanta, San Fran, Baltimore

Haven't really found a steady team yet..

It's not the team or playbooks. It is the player. You just have to be good and know what you are doing. There aren't really any tricks.

I'd suggest running the packers defensive playbook

When I play offline, I just run GameFlow just out of sheer laziness. Obviously that's not effective online, so I'm asking for pointers.

It is just common sense. Try sticking to a run game and then hit them with the deep ball or a good screen every once in a while. If you get him to fall for the run he will start to blitz giving you wide receivers a chance to get open. Also try to do some quick passes. They may get short yardage, but 2-4 yards on every pass should get you one first down after another. Just Play Smart!

As for defense, just try to stop the run and force the pass. The run game will get you. You need to learn the formations, so that you know when to blitz and when to watch the pass. I would recommend man coverage and not zone. They will pick apart your zone and destroy you!

On kickoffs and punts, just do normal kicks, unless you need to do an onside to get the ball back, because of a lack of time.

When you are returning the ball on punts or kickoffs just follow your blockers and if you can break it out for the Touchdown.

That is all I can really tell you. If you do that you should rack up some wins. Good Luck Bro!

My biggest problems seem to be against the Eagles, even with Roddy White and Julio Jones..People are playing DRC and Nnamdi with bump coverage, and I'm not getting past them ever.

That is when you need to utilize Michael Turner and Tony Gonzalez.
