I'm trying to make one of those video overlays like this one


I need to make one for a let's play for youtube. Where can i find a tutorial i've been looking everywhere

1. Do you mean like a scare cam?

2. You just can't post that anywhere. It's not allowed.

If by scare cam you mean [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] then yes.

Also i know there is a tutorial section but my tutorial is a video. Do you mean i cant post it at.
