anyone who is on the beta get a system error saying to contact microsoft and then you chat with microsoft then they tell you to leave feedback to the beta team because ive been waiting 6 weeks for them to contact me back just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem

Beta users have the Beta team for support, not regular agents. You have to post in the Beta Forum, or the Feedback on Connect.microsoft.com , so, if a chat or phone agent, sends you there, that is because that is where you need to be, and how they were instructed to assist you.
