I plugged my PC on my 40 inches TV and the screen is not taking all the screen whatever i put as resolution and it is cutted on the top and on the right side.

Make sure everything is plugged in correctly, I had almost the same problem till I realized I didn't plug in a wire like an idiot;) lol. If you don't find anything you should call up the television company and ask them to lead u through it step by step:) hope I helped.

Check and make sure you are plugging the right cables in.
Does your TV have PC Input channel?
Change it to that channel.

If your Tv has its own channel for PC then you might need to change some settings around on the tv, i had to do that in order to get mine to work.

I can only choose 4:3 or 16:9 and it change nothing

You need to change the settings on your TV.
