hi guys i need some more memory as ive only got the 4gb xbox 360 slim and i was going to buy a 16gb xbox 360 usb harddrive for 16 but...couldnt i just buy a normal usb from anywhere and use that ? because there about 10 for 32gb,or does it have to be xbox official ????

No cause i'm using a 150GB ps3 elite form for my xbox so it doesn't have to be xbox official.

I've got the same xbox i ended up buying a hard drive for 55 pound from cex that slotted into the top of the xbox, but before that i got a 8 gb "pny attache" usb stick so yh i should imagine you can use any because i think you have to kind of sync it up anyway ???

It will work, but if you want you can buy a 250GB over eBay for only $50
