I had the same problem. Check to make sure you have enough room for it.

Disk is scratch or buy a new disc

Xex menu can be funny when installing Games,

however there are some key components to it working correctly to start with;

Manuauly Close the disky Tray Then Press YES

if you are doing this, Clean your Disk and try one of your friends if not the DVD Drive could be faulty however you could just download your game from the internet onto your HD however this can be a long process if your connection is slow!

1st clean your disk
2nd check for scratches if there is any u need to get that fixed
3rd try installing it in free style dask
4th when ur installing a game in xex menu take your disk out first then click copy cd then insert your disk then close it manually
