Borderlands 2 "Get to know Jack" Journal 5 glitch fixPosted:

Many people are suffering from a glitch which occurs during the "Get to know Jack" side mission. Upon attempting to retrieve the fifth journal from the windmill, the lever is red and therefore can not be pulled. This prevents you from unlocking to trophy "Did it All" and Borderlands Defender Round 2". Fortunately, this can be fixed.
1. Find someone who has not yet completed this mission yet.
2. Join their game (make sure they are host/player 1).
3. Complete the mission on their play through.
After that you should be good to go.
If for some reason you cant find anyone who hasn't done that mission, you will need to create a new character and get up to the point in which you enter "Arid Nexus - Boneyard" This can take a while so you may want to play as your main character as player 2 whilst you complete the missions. Make sure that when you complete the "Get to know Jack" mission, your main character is player 2 or else you will glitch your second character as well.
