Never mind about this, treyarc recently today in a interview with IGN said that there is a zombie campaign and that the gameplay from the new trailer was from the campaign, they also reveal other new game modes. On bestbuy.ca (the Canadian one) for the product features for Black Ops 2 it says "The inclusion of a Zombies in gameplay, both in as an option in multiplayer, and as a campaign option"
