You buy the 'EA Season Ticket'.
This gives you access to certain EA games and one of them is Fifa 13.
However the early access to Fifa 13 will end fully once the disk is released to the public, So don't go waste your money on the season ticket now. Unless you like buying packs for Ultimate Team from XBL Marketplace cause one perk of the 'Season Ticket' is reduced prices for buying UT packs.

It was released In America today, And a few of my mates who pre-ordered It from ASDA went and collected their copies today (From the UK)

They probably got it from gforce they always release it a few days earlier for a extra 10 pounds or so
