why is it when i go on the web app it says i need to buy fifa 13 to have a ultimate team when i have fifa 12 and all i wanna do i create a fifa 13 team

It's been doing that for a lot of people,
I think you'll just need to wait for the game to come out or buy the EA Sports Season Ticket to get early access.
