a few months back my bro was playing with my computer and put the .rar files to open with HxD.
and alot of things i download is rar!
can anyone help me?
my computer is a HP

Right click on a file that is suppose to open with win,rar
then go to open with then click choose default program at the botton
choose to open with winrar
