hey there so my disk tray will not read disk so i opened it up and when the disk is in it tries to spin but very slow and sketchy and then says open tray like like there is no disk in how do i fix this is there like stuff blocking it and needs to be cleaned or is there like a bad motor i do not deal with disk trays so please help.

D.) What DVD Drive do you have?
E.) Is the laser moving at all to read the disc?
