ok i had dash 14719 and it would read my hdd now i flashed the 15574 image and it doesnt read the hdd anymore. if any one can help that would be nice

You're going to need to flash back, either that or just build a new image and flash again. If that doesn't work, format the HDD on a retail console then try again.
Key note: Any error that comes up immediately after a nand flash, was probably the result of the nand flash (e.g. controller not syncing) and flashing the previous image or a new one will most likely repair the problem.
