I agree with Arf, people just need to stop doing this kinda of style of background it is getting boring and is about as skillful as changing text on a PSD template nowadays!
Please try a new style don't follow everyone else, do your own work.

Looks pretty good mate, think the logo at the sides is alittle to big and opaque though and draws you away from the top. 7.695/10 ;)
