hey, so i was speaking with a 4j member (forgot the name, might be mark, i said so when is the update? and he tweets me saying 'well whats 11+18' and i say 29. he then replied saying correct, enjoy the update!!!! proof in 5 mins

No, They said on the 14th or 18th of September they were going to release the 1.8.2 update.
