Yeah, I though about I literally thought about it. His excuse is though he says he is a "3rd party organization"
3rd Party Organization? Lol he has broken the Xbox ToS. Therefore, he deserves a ban. I would report him.
He did get banned for impersonating staff but he tried to use all of his subs to spam the Xbox support twitter page to try and get him unbanned because of his "3rd party organisation" , I don't know if he got his account back or not though
