Meh, quick tool to edit the 1676165118 setting in the GPD,
The setting just stores the awards, and the (value or time completed) dependant on if it is completed.
Time is in time_t format(32 bits) The awards still show as completed even if you out it as an invalid time.

I'm running on a RGH and for some reason its loading the wrong SPA (30 of 12)

Not completely sure if the sync flag is actually for synced, but meh.

Just used this and it works great, I just opened my GPD, clicked unlock all, started the game got every achievement and award.

Scanned with anti-virus and its clean. +Rep for you sir

I can confirm this to work perfect. It unlocks all the achievements for the game and every single award. You have all 5 awards in gold in game too. Thanks for the share, +Rep!

This game is too good to cheat in, it's like pooping on god(if you belive in one.) If you cheat in this game you really need to go back to your poop Modern Warfare (2&3) and never play counter strike again.
