Could any of the TTG community give me a TBOGT save with Max cash Etc. (The normal mods)
but with like modded car's like the buggati or ferrari's etc?

I dont think there is a savegame with the cars ...

You can only have modded cars with ISO and Jtag.

With USB you can only get Max cash, game completed, unlimeted health (Falling hurts) ect.

Even if you could I doubt Reputation gifting will get you it anyway.
