hey devin and noble i have be thinking and i think the problem that you cant recover some peoples accounts is because they r on the beta dashboard like me !. so i think the only way that the person whose account cant be recover would be that they would have to put there account onto a USB and put it in a friends Xbox that is not on the beta dashboard and log in. i don't know if this would then let you recover it but i guess you will have to see if that works - caution
