Buy a PC xbox 360 controller from Gamestop or Amazon and then plug it into your PC.

You cannot use an original Wired Xbox 360 Controller

Quit now and crawl back to your Xbox.

Just use the mouse and keyboard or else you're gonna get raped in muiltplayer.

I use a Xbox controller just for GTA IV Single Player and its easy.

Just get a wired controller, plug it into your pc, done.

Real helpful, some games are better played with a gamepad, and others with KB & Mouse. One example - Super Meat Boy. He's entitled to his own opinion.

I have a a wired Xbox controller that plugs in via USB, it's better than wireless in my opinion. Seeing as you've bought a wireless receiver here:

You should also download XPadder or in my view the better program "Pinnacle Game Profiler". If you want either, a quick Google more than easily suffices.
