Here is what i have saved for my new Gaming Computer.

i still need a Drive and i need to choose weather the intel or AMD processor

and will all of these items work/fit together in the tower i have.

You don't need a full tower, especially not a full tower phantom. You should get the Phantom 410 midtower case, find the color you like and get it.

Get a 3570k for the CPU so you can overclock, and get some faster RAM. It's hardly more expensive at all. You should get a CM Storm Quick Fire Pro w/ MX Browns instead of the K60, and I prefer the Razer Deathadder over that mouse.

I'm also fairly certain that PSU is terrible.
