Ok some people know how to do this and i figured it out the other day

okay

Step 1. Login on xbox.com

Step 2. Now hold your cursor over xbox live and click Xbox LIVE Marketplace

Step 3. Hold your cursor over My Account and Click Manage Payment Options

Step 4. Click add PayPal Account

Step 5. Buy Your LIVE and have fun!!!
