Hey everybody this BallerStatus07 and I am going to make a full tutorial on how to do an Xbox live license transfer with someone else.
What you need:
1. Working Xbox Live Account/Console.
2. Someone who has agreed to let you borrow the account with the content you want.
3. The email and password of the person who you are doing the transfer with.
Now assuming you have all the things listed above the next thing to do is to go on console/xbox.com
Follow the directions below:
1. On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that the content was purchased on.
2. Go to the Settings, and then select Account.
3. Go to Your Billing Options, and then select License Transfer.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer the content licenses.
2nd option (only temporary)
Now one thing I think that the person who is allowing the transfer (if it isn't you should know is that if have multiple accounts that they play games on, the only account that can still play the content is account that the content was purchases on if that makes since.

4. After that, Press add to queue.
5. Go on to your console and log in to the account that you are about to use that you logged into xbox.com with
6. Let it download (I believe this is only temporary)

I can tell you that the one for the xbox.com method works and will never be patched. or you can really try this and you have to have trust on this. Get microsoft points and put them on your account. Ask your friend to recover your account and buy what you want them to buy. You guys will both have it without a problem. (I tryed this last night)

License transfers to other accounts = both accounts and both consoles permanently banned.
